I originally bought one of Mike Pecanic's tailpieces with the adjusters about six months ago to see if it could help cure the wolf on my open A string after trying soundpost adjustments. It didn't seem to do anything to help my wolf so I exchanged it for a compensated tailpiece that was simply cut off. Now I'm back to my normal tailpiece which is heavier and my bass seems to like it more, so I'm passing this on to those interested. Here are pictures of the goods:
The tailpiece is made in claro walnut wood. It was only on my bass for a few months and is in pristine condition. I'm selling the two for $95. I'll ship to anywhere and I can take paypal or checks or money orders by mail. I can be reached by private message or emailed at
