Just bought the whole set last week but I've discovered that wound gut (on the D,G) is not for me. I practiced maybe 4 hours on it and had a 3 hour gig. So 7 hours playing time. I'm asking $175 o.b.o for the two strings (down from $200). I'll consider a trade for a preamp (fishman preferred) or pickup (K&k bass max).
They're terrific strings, super high quality but I miss my unwound gut sound a lot.
