whats the milleage on the Spiros?

i honestly don't know, i got both sets 2nd hand. they both have never been clipped at the ends, they both may have a little silk worn through at the peg end, but they're all solid, and they all perform like good old Thomastik strings (last forever, in my opinion).

a brand new set solo Superflexible runs about $150, solo Spiro almost $200 these days. a new set will sound a lot like these sets in a few weeks. in my humble opinion

sorry aMtt, i should have been more explicit. the Superflexibles were "on hold" for someone else who had PM'd me before you asked about them, and they are now "sold" to the person for whom they had been on hold.

the solo Spirocore set is still available. pretty similar to solo Superflexibles, but a tad less stiff and a tad more twang.
