helicores are *SOLD*
the eurosonics are nylon core, medium guage. in fact, this pair pre-dates the introduction of the light guage, if i recall correctly. they are older, but they are in beautiful condition - no visible wear.

Some are wound with polymer, and the newer ones (aka Presto Balance) have a steel wrap.
