I bought these strings in the fall of 2005 but just got around to putting them on my bass about two weeks ago. They have a warm, rich sound and project well. They're also pretty LOUD. Unfortunately, for some of my playing situations I need a string that responds a little quicker (or maybe I need a second bass.....)
