'06 Engelhardt EC-1 w/ uniform reddish finish

Engelhardt EC-1 upright that needs a good home. Finish has been buffed to have more of a satin finish and the neck has been reglued or reset. It matches the specifications for new EC-1 Engelhardts on the website. The bass has been used for bluegrass style playing and still has the original strings. We are asking $750 for the bass plus whatever or however you want it shipped. I’ll bring it to Atlanta, Birmingham, or Meridian, Mississippi for pickup. I would consider a trade for a D-18 or D-28 Martin or J-45 or AJ Gibson in playable condition cosmetics not important. No cracks or breaks just the neck reset on this bass. If I could trade this upright for a vintage series Jazz Bass I would also consider that. I can also ship the bass via greyhound if you would like it shipped. This method is not that costly and you just go to pick it up at the station.
