1880's Tyrolean Flatback -Los Angeles

Circa 1880 Tyrolean Flatback Double Bass- I have used this bass for everything from Bach to Bluegrass. Has a great set up super "buttery" feel and a really dark tone great for jazz. Currently strung with Evah Pirazzi strings which allow it be a perfect hybrid bass for both Classical and Jazz. Wood bridge adjusters by Robert McIntosh and Bridge by World of Strings in Long Beach. String Length 42 3/4. Comes with a Mooradian bag. This puppy got me through Grad school and it is time to move on.

$9000

I have done many sessions with this bass as well. You can hear a few of the recordings at:

Nobody's bought this bass yet? The only positive thing I can see from that is that it gives me more time to scrape together money to buy it myself. Great bass!
