Yes, I am ready to part with my 1949 Kay C-1. Awesome bass for bluegrass, rockabilly, and jazz, but I am ready to move onto something else with more growl and bowing capability. Asking $2500, or best offer. It is fully restored. As of now I will not ship - I am located near Detroit.
Its a solid bass - used it gigging for about 2 years in all situations and never had a problem. A real cannon. Reply or PM me with any questions.
