Solid wood, 1950s German upright bass, 39" scale, good for smaller hands.

Correct, in Marin County.

I feel kinda dumb, since I have not done this before, and am very slow with the talkbass. I will put up some pictures tonight.

The pick-up in the front pic looks like an Underwood not a Fishman.

Sorry, I checked with the person who installed it, Alec Friedman. You are correct - it is an Underwood - Alex says he only installs Underwood pickups.
