Laminate, has been played quite a bit before I owned it, as can be seen by the wear on the neck of the bass. It's in great shape and sounds full! The endpin and bridge were recently replaced. This bass was set up by David Graham, who used to own Graham's string shop in Arlington. Comes with a great bag to carry it around in. You'll definitely want to gig with this!!
