1990s Rumano Solano Bass $8,500

Beautiful carved 3/4 Rumano Solano Bass. Dark Maple wood. Loud and versatile instrument. It succesfully got me through several orchestral college auditions, as well being a reliable gigging bass for combo and big band settings.

Just recently had work done: Planed fingerboard, new bridge, new soundpost, angle endpin hole drilled.

I am having an extreme bass upgrade and really need the money.

Appraised at $10,000, selling at $8,500.

1970s Solano? I didn't know he was making basses then. A couple of my students bought early one's and that was in the early 90s.

Thats embarrassing, I meant to write 1990's. The bass is locked up at the moment, I'll check it today to get the exact year. Sorry about that.
