Lemur called it the Sunrise Huntington - 5/8 Quenoil Design Bass and you can find all specs here:
http://www.lemurmusic.com/double_bass.asp?bass=10
Lemur has replaced the design for this size with a violin corner version, their Venice model, now at $3750. Add the bag and CA taxes, and you are at $4400. My asking price is $2500 with bag, but without pickup. Adjustable bridge.
This particular bass has been played up and down the West Coast from Orange County to north of Seattle, but it is in very clean condition. It has been my all-around bass. Pull the end up out a bit more than on a 3/4 and it feels just like a 3/4, sounds like one, but is a lot easier to move around. I lent it to a pro player for a concert because it was just a way better bass than he could find/rent.
While a good all around bass for the road, but I would not recommend it for your main orchestra bass, just find a big bass for that. I've played the 5/8 in public as often arco as pizz, but it is brighter, and less even than the Wilfer I'm selling, which is an orchestra bass (though in a different price range):
5-string Lion head Wilfer/Goetz
The Quenoil Design/Huntington looks great on the outside, but you can see differences in workmanship to the Wilfer if you look inside.
Pics available, Pm me with your e-mail and I send high res pics. I'll put on the buyers choice of either spirocores or fairly fresh Obligatos (unless you wanted my special mix of Belcanto, Permanent solo, Spiro, and Superflex).
