Applied Microphone Technology SP25B - $650
This is the version with the super preamp with 1/4" output, 2 XLR outs, and level control. I've had it for about 4 years but 2 years ago I sent it in to have the cable replaced and the guys at AMT opted to upgrade the mic capsule to the current model as well as change out the cable for the newer detachable type (studier cable and easier to work with). I haven't used it much since then so essentially it's a 2 year old unit with very little use. It comes with the instruction book, original padded hardshell case, allen wrench for adjusting the width of the clamp mount, and a short 1/4" cable for connecting to the amp.

I've had this 6 years but for the last 2 years it's been sitting in my string drawer since I changed my bass lineup. This pickup worked great on one of my basses that I've since sold. It's very clear and is more resistant to feedback than any other pickup I've seen. It works really well blended with a mic too. It comes with the original packaging, instructions, and drill bit/reamer for installing it.
