I'm thinking I should sell my bass for financial reasons. Don't really want to though
It's a Shen SB200, made in 2004. 3/4 size bass, spruce top, willow sides and back, all solid wood.
The bass has a nice setup geared a little more towards jazz playing. Flat FB and pretty flat bridge curve too. It actually just had some setup adjustment by Charles McDavid, including soundpost adjustment and a new bridge.
Strings are Oliv D and G with Evah Parazzi A and E. I have also, the EP g and d strings too. It also has a walnut Mike Pecanic tailpiece.
The bass sounds nice. Good growl, pretty even, pretty smooth and dark tone, it should make a nice student instrument.
I'd like to get $3500 for the bass with the original shen bag.
