I have a fitted and a rectangular road case for double bass. Not a fiberglass lightweight flight case, these are for truck touring and over-the-road shipping. Getting ready for tour season - you need one of these! Extremely well-engineered, well-built and heavy duty. The bass-shaped one is new, never roaded, and was originally $1700. Selling for a rock-bottom $375 or trade for a 5-string electric, or kickback-style 110 or 112 combo amp like the GK backline, of comparable value.
