Conrad Gotz bass for sale

This is a beautiful bass that I hate to sell but you have to do what you have to do. It was set-up last year here in Chicago by A440, and is all ready to be gigged on. It has been well taken care of for its life. It has one minor crack that has been expertly repaired. It was made in 1984.
The label reads : "Conrad A. Gotz-- West Germany, 1984. Instr # 3456 . Model # 556. " The scale length is 42" . The upper bout is 20 " and the lower bout is 25 1/2 ". It is a great sounding easy to play bass. Pictures are available here : http://img708.imageshack.us/slidesho...d=img0245k.jpg

Is this the bass that a440 had listed for the last couple of years?

No, its a different bass. They share the same model number. The set-up was done by Marc at A440 though. I havn't played the one in A440 so I can't compare the two otherwise. This bass deserves a good home. Anyone who wants to stop by and play it let me know.
