EA Wizzy Combo -near mint -great midweight combo

SOLD

Hi- This iAmp200 Wizzy combo has never been out of my house, and the condition shows it. I'm switching things around a little, so this amp is available for sale. I'm not sure if I should post this here or in the double bass section, since it handles both equally well.

The Wizzy combo is a really nice lightweight transmission-line-design combo for electric or acoustic bass. It has 200 watts. The Wizzy’s speaker is a dual-cone device. The 12” driver and whizzer cone simultaneously produce both low and high frequency signals from a single voice coil, eliminating the need for a crossover.

It has an effects loop, stereo in with level control, preamp in and out (on back), a great EQ section, DI out with level control, tuner out, and headphones out.

The sound is as EA describes it: "The Wizzy 112 has a big, warm bass response that harkens back to those “old school” sounds while still having a clear midrange and a sweet high end. A flip-top for the new millennium!" I should add that it is suprisingly loud too.

The high impedance input can handle piezo pickups directly (or passive magnetic pickups). It also has an active input for low impedance sources (active electric basses).

The Semi-parametric EQ section is fantastic. If you have never used a semi-parametric EQ, you should really try one. There are preset tone shaping contours too.

Please PM or post questions. Be sure to check out my feedback. Bumps are appreciated. Scroll down for photos.

$675 incuding shipping to the lower 48 states.

This is a great sounding "all in one" unit just like the man said. Sounds great w/ my carved Czech flatback, and both my Laklands. Can't recall exactly what I paid for mine w/out checking. But at this price shipped, IMO this is a deal.

I have one of these too
The iamp200 can be swapped out with a iamp 500 if more power is needed
Great amp and I highly recommend it for EUB , DB or electrics

Thanks

Paid about a grand for mine and had to wait a few months after ordering. Best piece of gear I've ever owned. Used it with both the Fender and my carved doublebass. Has performed flawlessly and is endlessly dial-in-able (yeah, it's a word).

Someone should snatch this guy up.
