Admittedly, put this up on Craigslist first. Am opening it to the TBDB community.

1953 Kay C1 Plywood String Bass w/obligato on E & A and coated gut strings on D & G.

Will include set of new Orchestral Strings that came on bass. Replaced end pin. Installed new adjustable bridge and Realist Pick Up.

Also will include the Lemur Back Pack Bass Bag pictured. Brand New.

Available for Pick up only, SF Bay Area.

In excellent condition. No cracks in wood. Just some normal cracks in the lacquer finish and wear for character.

Bass sounds and plays great!
