| Thanks, Mike! It's my second Schuster - it's almost the same as the last. Rock sold bass that hasn't needed a thing since I got it tuned up, and it amplifies very well with the Fishman. Great player's instrument.
Paul - the muck on the back is a bit of a mystery. The guys at Lemur were at a loss and hadn't seen anything quite like it. They thought it might have had some sort of carving that was poorly filled in (e.g. an owner's name?). I asked them about it before I bought the bass, and they told me it was nothing to worry about. I've chalked it up to mojo. |
