FS: Bill Fitzmaurice BFM Omni 10.5 cab

Hey Y'all,

I picked this up from Tom Bowlus because I've been curious about these for a while. Unfortunately (or fortunately) I also picked up a Schroeder 15+L cab at the same time. And the Schroeder won out in the end for my needs, so this is on the block.

I paid $200 shipped for it and will sell for the same (contiguous 48), paypal OK -- check w/me for a cash&carry discount if you're local

orignally built by Mike Childree out of void-free baltic birch plywood, loaded it with an Eminence Deltalite II 2510 10" driver and a pair of GT1016 piezo tweets. It's finished with Duratex speaker cab coating and has a single Neutrik Speakon input. 8 Ohm

It's nice and light with great output for a single 10" box. See the Bill Fitzmaurice website (especially the forum) for more great information about these speakers. There's another one for sale that was made at the same time by the same builder if you want a pair.

It does have a ding near the lower right corner (needs a little black paint or magic marker to hide it)

trade possibilities:

Steinberger Spirit XT-2 or XZ-2
Carvin B800 amp (or other interesting smaller, lighter, 2 Ohm capable amp)
Schroeder 15+L (4 Ohm, rhino)
Boss RC-20XL looper
EBS octave, EBS BassIQ, Red Witch Moon Phaser, T-Rex Bassjuice, Maxon Phaser, Fulltone ChoralFlange, Digitech Bass Driver, Boss OC-3, Boss SYB-3, Ibanez SB7 & AW7
