FS: Euphonic Audio VL-110 (2 of them)

I'm continuing to downsize my accumulated equipment(waaaay too much). I have two EA VL-110 cabs in mint condition. One is a series "A" and one is a series "D". They each have custom made padded covers. Even the covers are in mint condition. These are the highly regarded VL series. Each cab has a 10 in. woofer, a 5 in. midrange and a horn tweeter. The transmission line cabinet design gives you better bass. These are great with upright. I've got too many speakers, and I tend to use my Bergantino 112 for most gigs. I'm asking $350 for the D series and $300 for the A series. EA actually made five versions of this cabinet, but they have more in common than they are different. Buyer pays actual shipping charge and insurance. PM me with your email and I'll send you pictures.I'm selling them separately, but will give a deal to anyone who wants both.

Thanks,

George

They are both 8 ohm cabinets. As to the exact changes that were made over the lifespan of the VL-110 series, I really don't know the details. You might contact Euphonic Audio about this. I do believe though that they all are relatively similar. For instance, the E was just a D with speakons replacing the banana connectors. I'm asking less for the A cab because it's an older version.

The earlier EA VL-110 cabs used an Eminence tweeter, while the later ones used a Foster tweeter. Not a big deal though.

No longer for sale

I discovered that the horn tweeter plastic part was broken. This did not show up until I took a flash picture. I opened the box and inspected it and found the problem. I will be replacing the horn before putting it up for sale again. I normally keep the horn level down, so I didn't notice it on the few gigs I used it on. It must have been damaged in shipping.
