Gallien Kruger MBX-112 Speaker SOLD

Heya. I'm selling my lunchbox which I've used as a "hit and run" cabinet for the past few years.

This box is the smallest, lightest 12" speaker around. At 13.5"W x 13"H x 8.5"D and 16 pounds it simply cannot be beat for convenience. If you're a "spec" person check the factory site. It's incredibly sturdy -- "bulletproof" is no exaggeration.

The speaker has a classic "closed cabinet" sound. That means two things: First, there's a LOT of "headroom" in the box. Many small ported cabinets tend to "top out" at a certain point. Using my Walter Woods MI-100 I never got that feeling. Secondly, unlike many ported boxes you don't have to be shy about adding some edge from your amp.

This particular box has a few scratches but nothing major and no dents. A little bit of the white logo is off. In short, it looks used but has not been abused. It looks like all the other ones and sounds like them too.

I bought this cab on TB (from our distinguished moderator Jeremy Allen). You can have it delivered to your location of choice by a uniformed representative of the United States government: $150 shipped by USPS in the US.

Lots o' sound and lots o' function for short bucks. Let me know please.

SOLD THANK YOU VERY MUCH

Fair questions all around.

a) I don't know how old this box is. I got it used in 2005 and have used it monthly since.

b) The components of the cab are:
. Top & back piece
. Bottom & front piece
. Two side pieces
. Grille piece

c) It's tight and does not buzz, with my bass, pickups and amp. We all know that story!
