K&K Trinity 2-channel preamp w/ 3-band eq

2 channel acoustic preamp/piezo buffer with 2 and 3 band eqs. Great for people with piezo + mic setups on any instrument, or you can just use a single channel. A TRS cable is necessary for both channels, but if you just use the piezo channel, a TS cable works fine.

It has Velcro on the bottom and I replaced the flimsy 9v battery clip with one that is much more road-worthy. Two of the pots are a bit dirty, but they work fine and sound fine when they aren't being adjusted. I switched to using a 2-channel Acoustic Image Clarus head, so I no longer need this.

Specs:
Frequency range 10 - 30,000 Hz
Input Impedance: 1 Mega Ohm pickup -500K mic
Output Impedance: 3 K Ohm
Average Current: 3.5 mA
Battery hours: about 60
Dimensions: 110 x 85 x 38 mm / 4+3/8" x 3+3/8 x 1+ 1/2 "
Input and Output Jacks: 1/4" instrument jacks
Bass, treble EQ, gain and volume controls per channel, midrange eq for piezo channel

$90 shipped CONUS

would you recommend this preamp for use in blending a magnetic and piezo pickup...

If the magnetic pickup works with a 500k input impedance, I don't see why it shouldn't work.

Thanks for getting back to me...I don't think it will work well for what I have in mind.

I don't the the 500k should be a problem. People run electric basses through preamps have even higher impedance all the time (i.e. Sansamp BDDI).
