KAY C1 1940, $1100

Have had this bass sitting in a corner for the past 30 years, playing it occasionally. Bought it from an luthier in the mid 70's. He had repaired two neck breaks. Very solid repair. The E string recently unraveled. The only identifying mark is the number 7427 written inside on the back. It has kluson tuners. Overall it is real solid with a big sound.

Have more photos if you are interested.

The bass can be in two places! It is currently in Delhi, NY but I'm working temporarily in Wilmington, NC so it could be in NC or anywhere in between very easily (in the back seat of my Grand Marquis!)

Send a message via AIM to beingbecoming
when are you back in NY? I'd like to play the bass - how far are you from Binghamton?

Thanks
