Meisel German Bow For Sale

I'm selling my Meisel German bow for $500. I no longer play since becoming a pastor and I'm working at getting out of debt. It's a really good bow, but it will need some minor repair to look good again.

I studied at CCM and my professor, Albert Laszlo, encouraged me to use black electrical tape to make it heavier (the vast majority of it came off, but there are a few places where it did not.) Also, the frog has a chip out of it and it needs rehaired.

I'm selling it cheap because I want it to be used and not just sit around. However, as I said, while it always worked well, it will need some minor cosmetic repair.

I hate to ask, but is this the same bow you were offering about a year ago for $250?

That's funny, but yes the same bow and yes $500.

This is the same bow and the same information as before. I didn't remember posting for $250 before, but that is much too cheap for this bow (I guess I am glad no one bought it then.) I was recently talking to a bass player nearby and we agreed that $500 would be a reasonable asking price considering it doesn't look 100% but is in fine shape structurally. I got a deal on it when I bought it so I believe $500 is a great price. If you don't, that's fine. I won't be changing the price--it's $500. Sorry if there was any confusion.
