Old German bass for sale, Grand Ole Opry played, $3000

I have a 100+ year old, solid wood, German made upright bass in great condition. For the past 9 years I have played it every weekend on the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville. It is strung with Goetz gut strings, has a Shadow pickup system included, and a canvas case. I am no longer playing, so I'd love to see it in the hands of someone who will play and appreciate such a fine instrument.

It is the bass on Craigslist. I emailed about it last night and the answer I received is below.
"Its solid wood. I don't know the string length, honestly. Its just a standard sized bluegrass bass. I can find out for you. Yes, I can send a picture of the headstock but it will be Monday before I can."

There are pics on Craigslist.

I didn't think that looked like an old German. I'm really looking for a pre WWII hybred with a 40.5 string length. Seems like older German basses often have the shorter string length.

I've got a mid war German bass coming on the market soon. Pm me if interested it's fully carved and will probably have a string length on the shorter side
