Phil Jones Flightcase BG-150 Amp

I have a Phil Jones Flightcase 150 watt 4x5" bass amp in excellent condition, with cover and original shipping box.

This was used lightly in a church setting with electric bass, but we've gone into a bigger space and I have replaced it with other gear.

Sounds great with both uprights and electrics. Not a loud amp, but very articulate with a warmer tone than you might expect.

Check out Ed Friedland's excellent review on youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=or-tKELedDo

Also please do some additional research and read the many comments about this amp right here in the Talkbass forums. The reason I say that is I get questions such as "does it really sound like 150 watts?" Well, I don't know what 150w sounds like, but I can say that putting this little box next to a wall or corner can really help with the bottom end, and it gets full but never muddy. That said, the 5" speakers are not going to be moving enough air to blow your pantlegs.

Asking $650 shipped conus, paypal only. Also available for local pickup in Ashburn, VA.
