Piattellini Bass by Christian Laborie

Beautiful bass made in 2008 by french luthier Christian Laborie.

Smaller double bass than the “Ceruti” model with sloping shoulders and a round back with a bevel in the upper bout.
The large ribs give this model a powerful, deep sound, and because of its shape, allows for accessible upper register playing.
Convenient for classical music, jazz and contemporary music.

String length : 41’’1/2 (105/106cm)
Total length : 5’ 10’’ (177cm)
Top length : 42’’ (107cm)

Price : 23000 euros (EVR cover included)

The instrument is in France (Paris),

Ask me for more pictures and details

Fantastic... if you're selling a bass of this caliber you probably know what your next bass is. What are you getting?

Now i have the Busan model from Laborie (you can see pictures on his website), amazing beauty, but with big shoulders !!! It works so well with the fifth tuning (the low C is enormous!).

I just added instant email notification for replies in the thread.
Maybe he didn't notice the new Private Mail.
Can't do more to draw his attention, sorry!
