Time to sell the backup to the backup!

Selling my first bass. Nice Romanian carved bass with a big low end. Very healthy instrument built in 1979 that has been played in. Sold originally by Hammond Ashley, and I bought it there in 1995 as well. Appraised for $5k by Hammond Ashley.

Note the bumpers to protect the bass from the floor in the next pics.

Would make a great bass for someone who likes the lower register!

Nice looking bass!

Very attractive bass. Measurements? Set up for jazz or orchestra? Fully carved or hybrid?

Fully carved bass. Set up for jazz (I guess)

Measurements:
String length: 40.75"
Ribs:8.25" at bottom, 6.5" at heel of neck
Width:25.5" bottom, 20.5" top

D neck
