up for sale is my La Scala 3/4 bass made by New Standard Instrument Co. I've owned this bass for about 5 years and it is in like-new condition. Includes a David Gage Realist pickup, a bow, a stand, and a black Mooradian padded gig bag. Beautiful bass with beautiful sound.

Information here:

$4000 takes it home.

this is the plywood model, not hybrid, not fully carved.
It was professionally set up.

I'm not available to take pictures of the bass for a few weeks, but in the meantime, have a look at the websites: http://www.newstandardbass.com/lascala.htm

The bass in the above-linked picture is quite accurate, although slightly darker in color than mine.

Here is a link to my myspace page and one of the pictures in the filmstrip shows the bass: http://www.myspace.com/rosskrutsinger
