| Seeling a Cheap Chinese Bass I am about to be selling a cheap Chinese Bass. It is a Cremona SB2 that I bought in 2001. The top began to cave about a year after I purchsed it so I had Harry Reeve take off the top, replace the bass bar, cleat the top and ribs and place some more wood under the soud post. The instrument improved dramatically in sound, but it is still a laminated bass.
I am including the soft cover and an Ary France Brazilwood bow.
I would like to get at the minimum $600.00 for the whole deal. I think that is reasonable, any suggestions?
I do not play the instrument anymore, because I got a Wilfer. I wanted to keep the bass for my daughter, but after a pretty poor audition I've decided to sale the old bass to save up for a Prochownik bow.
