Hey there.
I got this Silver Creek EUB from Musicians Friend about six months ago. It's brand new with probably less than three hours playing time on it.
In short, I'm an idiot, and I buy things on a whim that I have no business owning.
Picture a 14 year old with access to credit cards and GAS. That's me. OK, the self-flagellation is over...
I have much more need for a second bass guitar and I'd like to sell the Silver Creek to offset that cost.
I don't have much experience with URBs at all, so I want to be totally honest and up front about what I know and what it would take to ship it.
Here's what I know about it: Not a lot. It sounds great, looks great and seems really well built.
I can only guess that it would need a setup. As a URB newbie the action seems quite high to me.
They're available on MF for $999, so I'd like to get $750 for it.
Shipping: I have no idea how much it would cost to ship this beast, but I do know it came in a massive box stuffed with styrofoam and packing junk to keep it still in transit. I know it won't fit into my car to get it to the post office or wherever it needs to go. It's quite large.
If anyone is interested, I can look further into shipping options. Or if you've shipped something like this before, perhaps you know a good method.

Edit to say: I'll throw in a URB stand I bought off URBBob for the $750. Fits it nicely and keeps it steady and safe. I'll just have no use for it when the Silver Creek goes.
