Made between 1986 and 1995 ("Clevinger by Robert Lee"). No preamp. These guys run for around $3500 new, but this one needs a good bit of work. It is, however, perfectly playable as is, and has been gigged regularly for ~5-6 years by TB's own Ike Harris who I'm selling it on behalf of. (He's just bought a new Azola and is currently out of the country).
ALL PICS ARE CLICKABLE TO BIGGER VERSIONS!!!
It's currently strung up as a 4-string. Ike has a 5-string nut and (I believe) some sort of low B string for it, which we can get to you. As I said, it needs some work, but the work can be put off, as it plays fine as is. Here's the lowdown on the work it needs:
1. Neck Joint: The body is badly cracked on both sides of the neck pocket. According to Ike, the cracks have been stable for several years (they were present when he got the bass 6 yrs ago). If you torque the neck you can see them open and close a bit. I imagine you could leave 'em be, or strengthen then with screws or dowels (I'm not a luthier).

2. Fingerboard: good news is this is a really fine piece of ebony and it's generally in good shape. It's started to delaminate from the neck up by the nut. Also, the ebony has a ~3" very thin crack starting at the top of the A string. I suspect that this is related to the delamination. Getting the fingerboard reglued should cost under $100 (check locally!) or you could shoot some glue in there yourself and try to get it to hang on for a few more years. The bass buzzes slightly when the G is plucked hard -- I suspect this is the cause.
3. One of the two bridge pickups does not work (the one under the G & D). As I said, it sounds good as is, but the G string output is a little lower than the rest of the bass, and I'd guess this is the reason. You could leave it as is, or update the electronics entirely -- I'd imagine an Underwood or Shadow type double piezo would work well. Maybe throw in some new electronics while you're at it.
4. For unknown reasons, an extra string hole was drilled in the back at the base. This is purely cosmetic, along with the numerous dings this road warrior has accumulated.
Finally, it comes with good quality soft and hard cases:
