String sale!!! Lots of Corellis, some Spirocores

If you're interested, I'd sell the whole lot of remaining strings (items 2, 4, 5 & 6) for $110 shipped...that's $65 off! Come on, buy my strings: that's two full sets plus a couple extra E's for $110!

I've got lots of strings for sale, listed below with item numbers. If interested, please let me know which item number so I don't mix up any shipments...having a new baby is sucking the life out of my brain . I have not trimmed any of these strings, and they are in great to excellent condition, almost all were on my bass for a week, +/- a day or two. There are a few with some fraying and I will label/price them in the descriptions. Shipping to lower 48 for now. If you order multiple items, I'll knock of a few dollars since shipping will be combined. Also, Paypal is preferred but I'd also take a money order (postal MO's are cool).

1. Corelli 380M set: very lightly used. sold

2. Corelli 370TX set: very lightly used, the E, A and D have green with red silk (supposed to be 1/2 size), the G is black with red (regular size). They all fit and played well on my 3/4 Wilfer. $70 shipped

3. Corelli 370TX/380TX mixed set: lightly used, the bag is labeled 370TX, but the E and G have the tone rings at the peg end silks, designating them 380 TX's. The A and D have no tone rings, so they are 370 TX's. sold

4. Corelli 380M set:
E string, brand new.
A string, lightly used.
Corelli 380M D string, lightly used with mild fraying. No exposed metal under silk.
Corelli 380 M G string, lightly used with some fraying. About 1/2" metal showing under beginning of silk at peg end.
$50 shipped

5. Corelli 370M E string, brand new. $30 shipped

6. Corelli 370F E string, lightly used, mild fraying with no metal showing through silk. $25 shipped

7. Corelli 370TX D string, lightly used. sold

8. Corelli 370TX G string, lightly used. sold

9. Spirocore solo F#, tuned to E, lightly used. sold

10. Spirocore solo E, tuned to D, lightly used. sold

11. Spirocore solo B, brand new. sold

By the way: yes, these were all personal strings, bought and used (in some cases not used at all) by me. I'm not a commercial user other than what's listed in my sig.

Corelli TX's

I would be interested in one of the TX sets, but I am not sure what you mean by a "tone ring". They will be installed on either an American Standard ply bass or a Zeta stick electric upright

It's a term I picked up from one of Francois' early posts. Basically, it's a different color silk thread woven in to the peg end wrap for about a 1/2 inch to designate that the strings are a particular type. Some companies color the peg ends entirely, Savarez just used a bit of thread for these particular strings.

They should be fine on the American Standard, and though I'm not familiar with the Zeta it should be fine if it's the same/close scale length and takes standard DB strings. Let me know what you'd like and we can go from there.

Cheers,
Paul

I think I'm confused - what's left? The 370TX set or the 380M set? (or neither - sorry to be dense@!)
