Bought this from Andyman to use with my qsc until my Mesa M6 came back from repair. It's now in transit, so, my need for this fine preamp is over.
Nice clean unit, still has the stock Groove Tube in it. Typically SWR clean+warm sound. Stays clean, doesn't do overdrive.
Control layout in input gain, aural enhance (which is subtle and useful), bass, two bands of semi-parametric mids, treble, and master gain. To the right of that is the headphone amp volume. The headphone amp functions well. All the input led's work.
Works nicely for both electric and double bass.
