Falk TinyMite box, loaded with an Eminence 10" and a tweeter. This cabinet is proudly designated as custom-made for its first owner, a gentleman named "Chris FitzGerald."
It's well-built of plywood with lovely reinforced edges and corners, two handles and two sets no-skid rubber feet. There are ports both for the driver and the tweeter and there's a roll-off for the tweeter. It's real light -- I'm guessing in the fifteen pound range.
Very nice, transparent sound with lots of "air." Nice box for low-volume gigs. I use a GK 112 for that job. The sound of the Falk is much more natural than the GK but I'm hanging with the GK anyway -- the 12 suits my taste, I guess.
I bought this
right here on TB for $115 shipped (ConUS) so that's what is sells for now.
This speaker is guaranteed to make you play more in tune than any other bassist in your band. Think of all the mojo which remains embedded in this cabinet. Why, it hasn't even been washed since FitzDurrll himself last used it!
