Bass Pod XT Live Output Select Issue

I just acquired a unit and I am having issues selecting the output. The current setting is "Studio Direct" and I am following the manual's direction to change the output to "Live W Horn". When I press soft "DEST" button and turn the "EFFECT TWEAK" knob, nothing happens.

I have installed the latest versions of drivers, firmware. and even reset the unit to the factory specs.

Any suggestions?
