Bass POD XT Pro - Tap strobe

Ok. I recently picked up a Bass POD XT Pro. Been playing for 25 years. I don't want or need that goddamn Tap strobe light metronome or any other metronome for that matter. I can't seem to be able to turn it off, and it drives me freaking nuts! How can I turn it off?

I have this unit, using it with the FBV Express. To get out of the tuner, tap the top two foot switches together at the same time, that toggles you in and out of the tuning feature.

I am sorry but I am afraid that you can not disable that blinking light.

It is not a metronome, it is an indicator of the tempo for time based effects. You can tap the button to set it slower or faster on the fly, for all your time based FX.

Perhaps one of the line6 guys knows how to disable it.

if you don't have any time-based (delay) effects patched in, it doesn't blink on mine..., (but I like the "metronome").
You could always put a little tape over the light.
