FlipTop model coming in new POD update

It sounds killer. An HD Pro is going to be my rig with some cool power amp. Can't wait.

Excellent!! Now I need to decide between small and more transportable or slightly larger and "mack daddy". The HD will become my "rig" for playing with the Ravens because I need something quick and easy to setup and it has the M* effects already in there.

Rich - are the mic preamps only available on the HD Pro? Might be nice to blend the B15 with a mic preamp DI style.

I'm assuming that the mic preamp models have channel strips similar to the channel strip EQ available on the X3 series.

This is very interesting. An HD-Pro in a shallow rack with one of the newer lightweight power amps would be a killer rig for me that I could use for both guitar and bass.

flip top only is not going to make the cut for me but it is a good beginning.

Lately I noticed I only need a cranked SVT fridge and an EBS for clean

I'd love to see those two emulations on Pod HD so I can give rest to my X3 live and switch to all DC powering in my board

No, the update is for all HD PODs. That is a great idea. I run the FlipTop on my LowDown distorted, love it. I would love to hear it a bit more distorted mixed with clean, great idea.

That's what I did with the POD X3. The results were pretty good.

I think I'm leaning towards the POD HD because it's compact, I have a floorboard already, but the added power of the HD500 is kinda tempting....
