G30 signal dropout

I have had a G30 for a couple of months now, but I haven't been consistantly using it because I have been getting some signal dropout on stage. I tried to use it Saturday with the same issues. It was sitting on the floor 3 feet in front of me facing the back of the stage, velcro'd to the top of my MB500 amp. I went through all 6 channels with the same results. It was dropping out every couple of minutes during the first set. I could see the signal meter drop from 3 lights to 1. At set break, I moved it behind me, spinning it 180 degrees facing out to the crowd. I had no problems after that. Very interesting. Could be a coincidence. My batteries were new.

My receiver is mounted on my strap, but I used a pouch, and I rotated the transmitter 90 degrees from how the stock clip wants to hold it. Now, the instrument input faces down, and the transmitter switch and battery indicator faces up. This has changed to polarity from stock, but I didn't think it should make a difference, but since the G30 doesn't have an external antenna, could I be having a polarity issue? Im going to do some more testing...

I will seek out the BP writeup...

I ended up using it last night and it had 0 issues. I turned the transmitter sideways (and behind me) and that was that...

Still need to get to the store and check out that writeup...

First 2 sets were fine with the G30, but had issues keeping sync on the third set...

I used my G30 Last year and it worked great with no issues, even at the larger outdoor venues we did.

I also have signal drop out in rehearsal and on stage for about a second . Tried to place the receiver in different locations still the same problem. I would love a solution.
