Help w M13
Hey Rich,

Rawn Randall here. I've been teching for Richard Bona. He has a
M13 that lights up but does nothing else. I tried to reset but it won't even respond. Any advice?

If you hook it up to a computer that has Line 6 Monkey installed, does it recognize it? My only guess is that the firmware needs to be reloaded.
