LD300Pro with FBV Express MkII - Troubleshooting

I've owned an LD300Pro for about a year and a half now, and I just picked up an FBV Express MkII so I could finally dive into some real-time channel changing. I've noticed a little bit of latency when switching the channels, but nothing unmanageable.

I took my set-up out to a show recently. During one of our songs I attempted several channel changes. On the pedal, the channels looked to be changing, but I was actually only getting one sound (grind). At the end of the song, I powered down the amp and powered it back on; the settings seemed to work fine after that. Now I'm worried about bringing this back out to another gig. Had the amp gotten stuck in synth mode, it would have been terrible.

Can anyone shed some light on this situation? Are there any known glitches? The venue may have been somewhat at fault here; their circuits had the most terrible 60-cycle hum. The ground lift switch on the amp didn't do anything, and the sound guy made me run through a ground lift adapter. I don't know much about electricity, but I suppose that could have had something to do with it.

Anyway, any input is appreciated. I like the amp otherwise, and I'd love to use it to its full potential, but I'm afraid to gig with it now.

There aren't any known issues in regards to interfacing those two products. Have you by chance updated or reinstalled the firmware on your FBV Express? You do that with the Line 6 Monkey software which you can download for free at www.line6.com/software.
