Line 6 POD XT live > Power Amp > Flat Response Monitor

Hi Guys,

Would running my XT live through a poweramp and flat response monitors sound good live?

I prefer the sound of my XT live through my book shelf speakers in my bedroom than I do through my Markbass SD800 and 410. I imagine I could just run my XT to the FOH and get flat response monitors for myself on stage.

Does this sound like a good idea? If so, what monitors work well/would I need to add subs to get a full sound?

I've heard great stuff about the JBL Ions being used like that.
