Not sure what you mean. What more could you ask for? They gave us a number of ADDITIONAL pedals in v2. I can't even remember the last time I received something for NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE from a music company. What exactly are you looking for that you cannot get on the M13?

I would personally be surprised to see any more coming out of the M13. I'm actually pleasantly surprised to see that they are still working on this. I just assumed that the moved on, which would be more than acceptable and par for the course for most companies in this space.

The frustrating thing is that while it's good for bass, just a few more models would make it GREAT for bass. And they already have the models in other products so it should be relatively easy to add:

OC-2
Bass Synth from the LowDown Series
A good bass compressor
Bronzemaster
A dirt with clean blend

Agreed. It would be great if they could add more to the pedal and make it even better.

I just don't understand the "Line 6 isn't listening to its customers" bit. They didn't have to make this thing even better but they did with the v2 upgrade. They didn't have to come out with bug fixes but they did. There are quite a few companies that release stuff and then never bother with updates beyond a point release. That doesn't seem to be the way Line 6 works.

Just not sure how much room is left in that internal memory for even more pedals...

Could I suggest that there be 2 different software sets? One bass centric and the other for guitar?

Never happen. The Line 6 bass products are dwindling. It's a shame as the bass octave is proof that when Line 6 wants to do something bass related they can put out a killer product. We're lucky that some of the guitar effects sound good on bass.
