*Edit: the m9 is being repaired under warranty. All is well.*

I've owned an m9 for about a year now and like most users I am blown away by how useful it is. It's now the center of my pedal board.

Then it betrayed me... twice
After owning a m9 for a month I had to send it back because my buttons started dieing one by one. The only good news about this is that I am now a loyal American Musical Supply buyer. Best customer service ever.

Now, 11 months later my A3 button works about 5% of the time. I'm pretty disappointed in the problem. It makes the m9 almost useless for me since I switch through the scenes all of the time - and can't right now.

My m9 is attached to a PedalTrain and stored in a hard shell case when not in use so I don't see how this could be my fault.

I know this is very 'rantish' but I thought everyone should know about this problem. I'll let you know if I can get it repaired or not.

It WILL get repaired. Email me at richrenken@line6.com and I will get you sorted out. Please include this thread and the fact that you are from TalkBass.com.
