M9/M13 - why no DI out

Hi,

Is there a reason why there is no DI out on the 2 units?
I'm wondering... It's seems that everybody likes to have a DI out on their effects these days.
Is it because there is no Amp modeling in them?

Thanks
Julo

IMO, yes. It's designed as a virtual effect pedal board and adding a DI would detract from the simplicity and you would end up with a DI that had no amp coloration. Maybe useful for bass, but not for guitar.

Hum... makes sense. But who cares about guitar? I know I don't.
