M9 Problems

Hi.
My M9 is awesome, except for the following two issues:

1) Forgets my set-up preferences sometimes. Switches itself from true bypass to DSP all the time. Turns the expression pedal settings from "1,2,3 = Exp1" to "1,2,3 = Off."

2) Turns expression pedal off while using the expression pedal. I'll do a whammy slide and when I hit the top the pitch will go from +24 to 0, and stop responding to expression pedal movements.

Are other people having these problems? I'm using an Ernie Ball volume for the expression, but I was using an M-Audio before and had issue #1 then as well. Had used the Ernie ball for a while before issue #2 came up. I have installed the firmware upgrade.

What do we do Rich?

That I have never heard of before. I would contact Customer Service. In the meantime, PM me your serial number.
