Okay, after all the off-topic banter, I am still interested to hear what's the official word from the Pod product manager(s) to my question...

wow, time just flies.... I guess you didn't have just one crazy month, but TWELVE crazy months....

What, that he works hard? Or that Line 6 is a comparatively small company and he may be wearing more than one hat? Or that he prioritizes his family life? You're surely assuming and consequently implying a lot, don't you think? In the time since your post you could have contacted Customer Service too.
