Purchased a brand new bass pod xt live and tried to register online, however website site says serial number cannot be validated. Serial number: (21) FBD1A5907000416


I have tried and tried to get an answer but am being ignored......

Usually that means that someone purchased the item, registered it and returned it. You'll need to contact Line 6 and they can hook you up.

Keep in mind that this is their extreme busy season since NAMM is next week. I'd expect to have some delays in communications.
