Pocket Pod randomly shuts off (When using power supply)

Hey,
My pocked Pod randomly shuts down while I'm playing. To get it going again I must:
1) unplug the power supply from the POD
2) unplug the instrument cable
3) replug the power supply to the POD
4) replug my instrument cable.

Is this a problem with the jack? A software problem? Can I fix this?
